I used to - okay, I'm just on a temporary 'disappearance' - write a f-fic with a chapter related to pairs. Let me recall...yes! It's this.
Regarding today...
To sum it up, it's a day of clashes.
Clashes between time. I'm sure today's activities will remain etched in my mind. Or at least I hope so.
It's not often that both CCAs are conducted during the same time period. But it happened today. I had the teachers I/C take care of it. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm a pushover. Bleah.
In the end, they let me decide between two choices. None of that 'A fronte praecipitium, a tergo lupi' crap. Manageable choices.
So.
The consensus: I'll attend the Library Club on Wednesdays ('cause I'm the President. Hmm...même titre professionnel, non?); and Gu Zheng Ensemble on Fridays.
Oh, and in case you're wondering why they didn't kick my scrawny ass out...
That's something that I'm not allowed to leak out. So I'm not going to say anything.
All in all, a bearable day, with lots of laughter (especially when the Library Club Representatives were giving us the preview of how they're going to intro the CCA to the newbies) (newbies: Sec 1s) Ha! is all I've got to say about their merveilleux performance.
I'm going to miss the Library Club after I stepped down.
It's getting way more fun. But all good things must come to an end. I'll savour it before I 'retire'.
