My mum...is truly, utterly admirable.
Never thought I'd say that sentence myself. But it's true. The day after the start of 2010, I got a shocking surprise - my mum's culinary.
Oh God...
I have never, in a million years, thought her culinary skills are so...(Yes, I'm speechless)
So. I now hold the utmost respect for her. Though too bad she have such a lazyass for a daughter (i.e. me), else I would have asked her to teach me how to cook. Cooking isn't me me anyway. *shrugs*
Because I admire mummy dearest, I'll try listing her best (and worst qualities):
- Patient (started cooking since 5pm. And dinner starts at 8pm!)
- Caring (to a fault...hence, paranoia breeds)
- Reasonable (yes, I luuuvvv using sound reasons to argue with her, especially when it comes to whose-turn-to-do-the-chores)
- Strict (not to me, I mean. Which is all sorts of good to me)
- Up-to-date (yes, she uses the latest phones, computers etc. What she doesn't know, she asks. She's ot a bright mind.)
- Hardworking (refer to 1)
Cheers!
LF
